Résumé

The article deals with the competence-based approach in multi-level life-long professional development. The system of life-long professional development is proposed. The competence model of scientific-and-pedagogical staff is presented. Federal State Educational Standards of professional pedagogical education are analyzed viewing their mutual compatibility.
